Toybox House Rules

1. Toy Box Car Club, LLC is a private organization founded for the enjoyment of its Members and their guests, and is not open to the general public.

2. Member wishing to bring more than four guests at one time into the club shall obtain prior approval from Management. Each guest shall be accompanied by a club Member at all times, and Members are responsible for all acts of their guests.

3. Except in an emergency, NO PERSON, Member, or guest, shall touch any automobile not his own without the express consent of the owner.

4. Any damage caused by a Member or their guests shall be that Member's responsibility and any such damage shall be promptly repaired at the Member's expense.

5. Door access to the club shall be restricted to Members only. Only Members shall be authorized to open doors. Any exceptions shall be approved by the Management. At all times Members are responsible for ensuring doors are closed upon entrance or departing the club.

6. Before leaving the premises, Members shall clean any ashtrays, glasses, dishes, utensils, etc., that they or their guests have used.

7. The bar is available for Members' use. See HOUSE RULES FOR LIQUOR.

8. Individual club parking spaces are assigned to specific Members. Member’s vehicles must be parked in their assigned parking space.

9. Members are expected to keep their cars clean, presentable, and operable. Members are also expected to keep their space clean and uncluttered, including oil, grease or coolant that may have leaked from their car.

10. No Member or guest shall conduct any activities at the club which materially disturbs other members, their automobiles or the premises. Light cleaning, polishing and waxing are permissible but heavy repairs and any dusty operations are not permissible.Flammables may not be stored within the building.

11. As a fire prevention and general safety measure, all automobiles while parked at the club facility are encouraged to have their battery disconnected or have a battery disconnect switch installed to prevent a possible automobile wiring short circuit fire and also to prevent loss of battery charge during non-use. The use of battery tenders, trickle chargers, or any other device that requires an AC electrical connection is not allowed for long-term use. If a charger is necessary it should only be put into service no more than three days in advance of an anticipated drive. Placement of the charger should be out in the open, not in the cockpit or underneath the car. Extension cord wires should also be out in the open. A charged and readily available fire extinguisher should be kept in each car.

12. Each Member shall minimize the operation of automobile engines within the club building.

13. Members are not permitted to perform vehicle repairs in the club.

14. It is recommended that all vehicles have tire blocks when parked inside the club.

15. Members may coordinate with Management to organize and host private events at the club.

16. If Member’s experience any questions, issues, concerns, or emergencies, they are asked to contact Management.

House Rules for Liquor

1. While Members may bring and consume alcohol on club premises, the club does not supply alcoholic beverages.

2. Club-owned beverages must never be touched, at any time, under any circumstances by any person or any group using who is not a club Member.
